2 type r 12'' (what will push these subs)

I don't know much about amps but i have 2 12'' type r woofers and trying to find a amp that won't cost to much to push them. any suggestions?

I have a ALPINE MRV-F409 4-CHANNEL AMP i don't know if it will push it enough but is it good? its a special edition amp also.

800-1000 watt mono amp....

im guessing you have dual 4 ohm subs so a amp thats 1 ohm stable

if dual 2 ohm you need 2 oahm stable like kicker

that amps only good for highs/mids

More like 1200watts plus at 1 or 2 ohms depending on VC configuration of the subs.

Correct, do not use that 4 channel on your subs,

Is kicker the only brand that has 2 ohm stable amps? Why can't he get a 1 ohm stable amp that does the desired power at 2 ohms if he comes across one?

wont get a better deal and amp then this, things are monsters known to put out 1400rms plus, codesigned by zed audio in 99 and 01, this is the 01 model due to the silver clips and are the more powerfull ones

of the choices mclerico gave go with one of the cadence, the ap will do rated power but it is a current hog, also keep in mind that some electrical upgrades may be needed, big 3 in 1/0 and 1/0 power and ground is never a bad idea.

If they are the 500w D2 version then the Kenwood KAC-9105d would work great!

It puts out 900w @ 2ohms, so series/parallel wire them down to 2ohms and you'll be set.

I have had this amp since the summer pushing my KFC-3012s and it works GREAT at 2 ohms

write the seller and give a bs story of how you clicked on the wrong item. most sellers will cancel transaction for you. i have done it to sellers and have had buyers do it to me.
