first off i have a 97 acura cl stock bat, alpine 7883, infinity 6.5comps front and 3 way 6x9s in the back.

my amp is a xtant 1001x and takes a 0 gauge power and ground but im in a time/money crunch and have to hold off on ordering a $100 set of wires. i bought 2 s schoshe kits from walmart and have them running from the bat to the amp with the same fuse rating (80 each, xtant recommends 120) is there any problem with this?? btw im picking up a 12" memphis m3 mojo tonight in a custom ported box for $200....good deal?? any advice is appreciated

IMO a single 4 should be plenty for a 1000w class D if it's near average class D efficiency, but two 4's certainly won't hurt. 80x2 is more than enough as well. 100-120A should get it done.
