2 questions

i ahve searched long and hard and i have found an answer, but someone has recently contradicded what the website said. i have 2 swiss audio SPL-1291 dual 4 ohm voice coils. the website said that i could wire them into a one ohm load,

but one of my friends said that you cant wire two dual 4 ohm subs into one ohm, only into 2,4, or 8 ohms. who is correct on this one?

also can anyone recommoned a sub that can push two subs at 700 watts rms each at either one or two ohms, depending on what the answer to the first question.....

I would trust crutchfield over a friend so 1 or 4 ohm it is..
