2 Pioneer Ts-w307d4 Subwoofers help

I currently have two Pioneer ts-w307d4 subs in a sealed box which I Have running in a '92 Volkswagen 1992 Golf. Im trying to find a ported box design for these 2 subs as I can't get help here in South Africa and when I e-mailed Pioneer in Uk, Usa and Austrlia all they seem to do is try sell me a box which is way to costly to buy and import into my country! Can anyone PLEASE help me, I well help with whatever info I can!!!

For the Pioneer, 1.5 ft^3 tuned to 30 Hz would perform very nicely.. IMO this is for 12"

do 2ft/cu each at 35hz. They are ok cheap subs but don't expect miracle. They'll do better ported tough
