2 or 4 speakers

Hey guys,

i have a 4 door f150 and I have cadence components in the 2 front doors that sound amazing and are super clear and loud. Right now I do not have any speakers in the rear doors. Should i put some 6x8s in there becasue that is what the opening is for or should I just leave them empty?

If it sounds fine to you now I would not add them. Everyone will suggest having a good front stage and forget the rear speakers. I would only add them if there are people riding back there a lot.

if it is mainly you in the truck, forget them, but if you have company that sits in the back then you may wiant to consider it. but for you in the front, the rears are just goint to make things more complicated

I have my componets off my 4channel amp bridged.

Just got rear speakers, but I have 3 kids that ride back there, so got that set for them and is off HU power so as not to use my amp as I need the rms of my amp to power the componets.

i used rear fill for years.. and when i moved to just front speakers... didnt like it as much

after tuning and working on my staging more... and using that for around a year.. i put in rear fill speakers just to see if i missed it.. and ended up removing them right away...

you dont need em.. at first it might sound different... just cause you're not used to it..
