2 or 4 ohm components please advise.

running bazooka ba 460 off pioneer 3900 currently to polk 6.5 up front and pioneer rear door. I have a 600 watt amp with a sub so bass is not the question. I want to upgrade the fronts to components, and put the polks in the rear doors, the best i can find in my price range are infinity reference 60?? 6.5 but they run at 2 ohm. the amp is 60x4 4ohm. Do i have to get a 4 ohm component system or will the amp convert to 2ohm when hooked up to 2 ohm speakers.

I appreciate your help. Please excuse my ignorance regarding car audio.

What is your budget? I'm not a fan of infinity drivers... Do a search on amp specs and find out what the amp does @ 2 ohm. It should be stable but just make sure.

Under 200. I like to buy from crutchfield because they have the best warranty service. The infinity was only 169, but i also saw Boston accoustic and JBL both rated about 60rms for 200.
