Focal Slim/Shallow mount, as good as regulars?

I think my car is 2.5" depth, and the Focals I want are 2.8.

I think that forces me into the Slim version of these.

Any take on these if they're as good as the regular size?

Any compromise in SQ??

Wouldn't that affect the door panel and it's ability to fit? The last thing I want to do is have the stock plastic cut out...

It could, you'd have to check how much clearance you have from the speaker to the door panel first.

your being immature. Figure your door out, take it off, and see if there is room from the speaker to the door or not.. Most doors won't have a problem with .5"

its not too difficult to remove a door, i dont know how many people couldnt figure it out themselves or needed to post in the forums to figure it out.

and dont give us that catch-a-my-drift wise *** shit, because you have no ****ing idea what you are talking about apparently
