2 ohm amp ?

I just bought a kicker zx350.4 amp. it says 60 watts rms at 4 ohm and 90 watts rms at 2 ohms. how do i know if its working at 4 or 2 ohms?

Ok. You're ohm load will probably be 4, since most speakers are 4 ohm speakers if that is what you are going to run. So they'll see 60w.

sorry to fill your precious forum with a stupid ? I am new to this and how else am i going to learn, right? i didn't just register to effin read. i joined to ask ?s and learn from you guys, people who have been around car audio that know MORE than me. maybe i'll find a "car audio for dummies" book first. thanks &%%#$*@
