2 Ohm & 4 Ohm system

yes you cna. if you find a 4 channel amps that is bridgeable to a 2 channels @ 2 ohms

you can run the PG's on two channels then bridge the other two speakers parallel across channels 3 and 4

but the amp has to be stable at 2 homs bridged.

Also some 4 channels have a 2ohm load rating and a 4.

you might be able to just run each speaker in its own channel but two speakers will see more power. i would make that the fronts

?

most , if not all, 4 channel amps are 2 ohm stable per channel. just turn the gains down on the rear speakers to bring your soundstage to the front.

if youre on a budget, profile california amps are well worth checking out.

X10

I use all 2 ohm speakers mainly because of the deals I can get on them and the increased power benefits. I have 2 profile ap1040s. They only run about 85 BNIB warrantied. The build quality is surprisingly good.... the crossovers are way better than amps in its price range... and they sound decent.

80x4 @ 4...125x4 @ 2...225x2 @ 4
