2 Hifonics Brutus 2400.1D amps?

What electrical upgrades do i need to run 2 of theses amps. 2400 watts @ 1 ohm. what size alternator and what size batteries do i need? i need to be able to run 14.4 volts to each amp.

5000w @ 14.4 is roughly 350A of current, but if you run it at 16v youre only looking at 315A. so, a 300A alt regulated for 16v and some batteries in the back should be good

Personally, I'd consider dual HO alternators if you really intend to run those to the max. Not an absolute necessity, though. Or if you can get like a 350-400A alternator, then I'd do that. I don't know what the highest you can get is... probably depends on the casing, since you'll need a large alternator to get really high in current capability.
