I cannot find a hole in the firewall and I'm uneasy about drilling. Ive been told to run it underneath my car but i dunno how itll come into my trunk. please help!

you have a few hundred wires going through your firewall right now, whats one more? everyone does it. if your nervous about doing the drilling yourself find a friend you trust that can. although i seen some installs where they ran the wire under the car, thats too much work in my opinion getting it back to the truck and still fully protected from outside elements. easier to just drill a hole.

drill a hole. use a thick grommet. run into kickpanel and under carpet. will pop up next to bottom of rear seats. run it under the rear seat bottom / or next to rear seat back. I'm sure there will be some way to hide it around the rear seat bulkhead. Always is.

I have a Galant and a whole lot of wires running 0gauge = cut new hole

if you are uneasy about cutting then make sure u have the right tools and do it anyways.

If a grommet isn't available, you can use threaded PVC, or even layered duct tape. If even that's not available, file the edges of the hole to be as smooth as possible.

I ran mine down my door jam, and that was 2 gauge.

I put a little indentation where my door closes and then i used some p clips to pin it up, i have had it for almost a year.

But I am going to rewire it, and run it through my firewall, I found a hole I can fit it through.

Probably for the best. Your system looks immaculate on paper. I'd hate to see it ruined by poor wiring.

If you follow the shifter cable from the shifter to the fire wall. You will find mount plate for the cable gromet assembly. When you find this remove and drill desired hole. remount and presto! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
