2 choices need help!

I just really have 3 questions...

I'm wanting 2 subs to go into the back on my Camaro.. and its going to be ran off of a Memphis prd1000.1

I found a deal for a kicker cvx 12" with a kicker zx750.1 for $180 which I thought was a good deal and it looks in great shape....

then somebody was wanting to sell me two cvx's for $220...

which one would be the better choice?

I can resell the Memphis or the amp... so im just lookin for more money in my pocket really

unless there is something better out there... let me know... thanks for all your replies
