2 Channel Amp wiring

Ok so i replaced my door speakers with some pioneer 2-ways about a month ago or so and been running them off of the head unit. But now im getting a cda-9887 and an amp to power them with and was wondering:

1)Should i just unsplice the pos/neg wires for all four speakers and attach the speaker wire there and run it under the trim panel all the way into trunk?

2)Should i run wire from the actual terminals of the speaker itself to the amp

3)Lastly how would i go about connecting the 4 speakers to the 2channel amp:

just twist the 2 pos ends together and twist the 2 neg ends together?

u need a 4 ch amp... or is that all the speakers you have?
