2 assasin 8s or 1 rl-i 8? need help deciding quick.

I'm going to get either two assasins or one rl-i. Now theoretically speaking if both were in thier ideal PORTED enclosure wich sound best off of 450w? Thanks for the help guys ahead of time.

Never heard an Rl-i, but ran 2 of the assassins in a "spec" box in the GF's car. Was pretty impressive and hit pretty low. SQ was very good. Also was giving them 800watts and they took it with no problem.

I still have the box if you're close to Chicago it's yours. 1.2^3 @40Hz....

The Assassins are tough little subs. Mine liked 400+ watts a piece too. I've also never heard a negative thing about the RL-i . I'd say assassins just because of cone advantage for loudness. They also sound pretty good ported.

you really wont lose either way, my friend had the RL-Is and they sounded nice and got pretty loud, i havent had experience with the assassins but i hear they are also very nice
