2.5-3kw on a budget help!

I'm looking to get a decent amp that does 2.5 to 3kw. I found this, the price is great, will it give me that much power?http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=5750

Please tell me what you think and if this isn't any good recommend me some good amps on a budget.

if your spending almost 400 bucks on that amp just look around the classifieds for a used 2500D. much much better imo
