2 4 ohm DVC .. coil configs..

Putting everything in this weekend. My question is.. do I wire each sub in parallel (presents 2 ohm's, right?) then run them parallel to my amp to get a 1 ohm load? I have a sundown amp that of course, has two speaker input terminals for ease of running parallel. just trying to get this down! thanks!
