This was the amplifier for the doors, i also mounted this under my seat

this is how my set up used to look like

Pulled out my old 18

Made sure the lettering was straight lol has to look original

Had to knock these down, i later covered the holes with windshield urethane and put a layer of dynamat

Masked off the warning signs so that it made it look original and factory

looks good....everything done so far looks like it could roll off a factory floor which is what i like to see with audio systems. custom but yet simple and clean.

Started putting it together, made sure everything was square and flush

Rivets that i used for support, i made sure they were flush and didn't stick out

My supports, very strong 1" pipe with a 1/8" thick plate

Double baffle

45'd resined the corners

I also covered all the holes from the screws and rivets with some fiberglass bondo

The corners have fiberglass strands in it for extra strength

Carpeted the box

You have to be into some sort of autobody work Im assuming, unless you just do your homework very well?
