I stuffed 2 15's in my old Grand Prix ported, around 7 cubes I believe, and I will never do it again. They got loud as can be, but it was such a PITA to build that danm box. Now in my Acura CL I'm thinkin of going with 12's, properly powered. Dual 12's can still rattle your balls if you know what you're doing.

Looks like it'd be a PITA to build a box of sufficient volume then put it in there....the one advantage you have is you have a huge opening on your trunk, but it doesn't really look extremely big. The problems with trunked cars is that if you want to build it first then put it in the trunk, you usually won't get the most out of the height of the trunk. If you have 16-17 inches height, the box will have to be shorter in order to slide it in at an angle. In addition, the box has to be really deep to get the volume you're looking for out of it. im thinking of getting this box....its tuned to 36hz and its measurements are pretty much the same as my max measurements...what do you guys think

bout 2.7 cubes each(after sub) tuning will prolly go up to 37-38ish. Maybe 45^2inches of port

if i go with 2 12w7 ported rather than 2 12 bl ported would i be disappointed? and would they be louder than my 3 12s sealed?
