2 12in's Type-R's and 1 15in Type-R or 4 12in Type-R's

Alright, I really want to get a 15in BTL, but it'd be much cheaper to just add one or two type-r's to the two I already have.

Would running 2 12in's with a 15in be good? Or should I just stick w/ 12's and run 4 of them?

If running 2 12's and a 15in would be better, which I hope it is, what ohm load can I get if they are all Dual 4-ohm. .67ohm?
