WELL. eventually im going to buy 2 type R's off ebay probably where you get 2 for like $250-300. (legit?) and im wondering what amp is good to run them, and what i should run them at - im looking for a pretty cheap amp like around $200.
I already have some MDF from a old box that i was going to make but never got around to it (or got the sub) but anyway, the sub box has 7-3/4" interior height (yeah its a flat box...) and i noticed thats like the same mounting depth as the type R (best buy says "7-3/4" top-mount depth "). would this be high enough? since i dont think they have a pole vent. I already have another peice of half or 3/4" mdf im not sure which but i could use it as a doublebaffle. How big should the box be and what should it be tuned to???
also some opinions on 2 12" type r's? my old sub choice was a 15" RE SX or just a single 15 of some sort. How loud can 2 type r's get? Hows the sound quality?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif (more concerned about how loud then sound quality)
Thanks
- and i also did a search i couldnt find anything useful.
