2 12 kicker cvrs vs 1 15 or 1 12?

I currently have 2 12 kicker cvrs in a vented box on a hifonics hfi 1000.1d amp, 4 ohm load. Im wanting to get something that will hit a little deeper and lower. I don't really want to go over a 200-240 dollar limit on a 15 or higher end 12, Its in the back of a 02 hyundai sonata, mainly listen to rap. Any options? Or should I wait and upgrade later? Thanks.

I know sundown and dc and ssa's are good.. What about a 15" type r? or something along those lines?

as far as i am concerned type r's and sundowns sa series are pretty close to equals.... I would go with the sundown though if I had a choice between the two.

I can make it hit very low, just like my Fi's.

Just 1 15 would beat them in spl? I was going to get 2 of the 12/15 x's but they got discontinued.

Firstly, why are u wired to a 4 ohm load? Why not 1 ohm? You'll get more power from your amp that way and the CVRs might do what u want?

Did anyone even pay attention to that part or just saw Kicker and said "we must get him some Sundown and Fi so he'll be cool".

Any specs on the box? What's it tuned to? Proper airspace?
