your going to make your own decision, we're just tryin to help you along a better route, when you buy 2 12" Type R's or some some L7's but you couldve had a DD3515 or even a 9512/15G

which i think would be much better for daily driving considering the 3500 series would get loud off 1000 watts (ive heard 2 12" 2500's do 143's sealed up off 1krms) but take all the way up to 2.5krms

in any case out of those 3 id go with alpine

I'd go the Type X route if I had a clean 1000-1500w rms and was only interested in fitting a smaller sealed box.

i bought 2 12 alpine type-x.should they be in ported or sealed

Type X's should be sealed according to a lot of users that have taken the time to post their experiences here. But ported is not unheard of.
