1994-2001 Acura Integra

I used to have a 99' integra about 6 months ago with two small 10's. Easy wiring, the only thing I had trouble with was hooking up the head unit because I'd never done it before and you can't just pull the stock one out and exchange them. All the wires were hidden and everything. However, the cars come with a small battery and my small 500 watt db drive would pull enough power where at night every time it would hit some loud bass, I could see my lights dim just a tad bit.

They are very reliable cars though, mine had over 100k and has absolutely nothing mechanically wrong with it. It had been in my family since it had 20k miles (hand-me-down from my bro to me and now to my little brother that just recently totaled it being stupid).

BTW, what model are you looking at? Ls, rs, gsr, or type r?

i love my teg. more info on mine in the link down in my sig..

the hardest part aboput installing my system was running wire threw the door boot's, like mentioned before there is a molex plug in the door boot that clips to another plug in the door.

i ran stinger 4 wire ( about the size of 10ga power wire) threw my door's, it was a ***** but well worth it.

have not had any problems with my teg except for a bad catalatic converter, and im at 140k. still runs great.

i had 2 12'' fi ssd subs and a cross fire vr2000d in the hatch, took up all of the cargo area, but i pulled it all out and put one 10'' sub in, still get's pretty loud.

i allso upgraded my alt, under hood batt, and am running a rear batt as well.

i have no headlight dimming what so ever.

all in all, it's been a great car.

anyone 6'4" or near ever sit in one of these.

thinking about going to look at one, but its an hour and a half away. dont want to make the drive if I wont fit

I am 6'3.5'' and my teg serves me well. My seat can still go back a bit more. It accommodates for taller drivers for sure.....
awesome. my parents went to see a couple today

the lady selling this one said that there was no body damage and the interior was clean. turned out the thing was banged up as hell and the interior had cigarette burns all over the place

they got this one down the $3500 even though the body was rough and the wheels were curbed all to hell. they were about to buy it until the guy showed them a salvage title. then he tried to tell my parents that the rebuilt title meant that they lost the original title and rebuilt a new one. lol its a shame too. my dad said the thing ran great

In all seriousness I would pass on an integra if I were you. A big setup kills the car's handling and it is a rattly car after you put a system in it.

Look for a accord coupe 1998-2002. (Or a Acura CL, they are baller as ****)

Kevin

A B series will do that just fine for you.

I'm more of a fan of the 4 do's. DB8's are killer when they're dumped.

Good luck finding one in good shape. I looked for a long time before giving up.

If you're looking for a hatchback that gets good gas milage... a 2.0 Golf gets excellent gas milage.

actually think I might have found one today.

1999 ls 5 speed. unless something else pops up before tomorrow afternoon we'll probably pick it up. never been wrecked!
