1993 chevy silverado amplifer wiring help

I'm not personally familiar with your truck but I can tell you in mine what I did was to run the power line from the battery through the firewall and along the driver's door sill. I removed the plastic there and fed it through the channel. Then I ran the signal wires and remote turn on from the radio along the passenger's door sill. All the wires, of course, met up at the amp for the first time. Its nice, clean and noise free.

If you are inclined to make a bit more of a project out of it you can take it a step further. I removed the seats and floor liner and applied two layers of dynamat to the metal floor and firewall of the truck. That plus dynamatting the doors and roof really helped reduce the noise in my truck and made a surprising difference in the sound of my system. Its money very, very well spent.
