It's been a long time since I've been on here. I sold my old civic to get this.

After over a year of rolling around listening to this I decided it was time to upgrade. I wanted to keep it in the car because I thought it was kind of cool that it still had the stock radio but enough was enough. I'm a basshead and need my music. My buddy gave me a head unit so I decided it was time to get to work!

I pulled the old one out and the hole in the dash was a little too big. After fighting with a sheet of abs plastic I ditched that idea and my dad and I made a trim ring out of 1/4'' MDF.

And I found some nice black vinyl...

And wrapped it up so it looked like this.

This was my first time doing anything like this and I think the finished product looks pretty good.

After I got that in I pulled off the dash pad and installed some Polk 3.5's

The plan is to get some matching Polk speakers for the rear and to do a pair of 8'' Subs (to keep weight down) on around 500 watts! Let me know what you guys think!

Okay so I'm going to go with a ct sounds m750d amp... I have a sealed box for two tens laying around so I could go with two ct sounds tropo v1s wired at 2 ohms... Or I could buy a sundown e10 and wire that at 2 ohms... I would build a sealed box for it... (I don't want to go ported). What would you guys do?
