there isnt any internal bracing, but it doesnt flex other than the top...but i am going to externally brace it some more

you wont be able to see the flex, ive been told, be people that know a lot more than me, that even the smallest amount of flex (1 or 2 mm) destroys sq and spl potential, they even said to brace a 1 cube box of 1 inch mdf, which seemed stupid to me, but you have gone to a lot of trouble to build that box, i say you may as well get every last drop out of it, when you get a couple hours, take the sub out and glue and screw some serious braces in there. imma say it will improve sq a lot and give you maybe an extra 2 db?
