Loud + Distortion = Hearing Damage and Ear Fatigue

Granted ALL loud noises will cause hearing loss. but clean, dynamic music at the same level as distorted monotone beats causes less. Ridding around with a friend with 4 W1v2's in a basically SPL bassed box with lots of panel distortion (GMC 1500 ext cab...if youve been in one with a system and it has no deadener you know what im talking about) and by the end of the day my ears hurt and where ringing.

a few weeks later and i get me Ava18 installed. They are very close in loudness and i can listen to my 18 all day long and not have a ring or anything with dynmaic music, little or no ring or pain with monotone bass. And i dont even have any deadener in my truck yet.

Im not flaming or bashing. Just a little FYI

a choice between a sq sub or sql and a Mt i would pick the mt any day, its just what i like, it dosent sound that bad to me box is at 31hz so it hits the lows pretty good and gets loud

it looks bigger in the picture than it actually is, although its nots really small either
