18 Btl or (2) 15 Rl-P's?

With higher SPL I would go with 18 BTL... proven itself to score high numbers provide you have adequate power for it.

With Sq in mind 2 15 Rl-ps will have much better SQ compared to the BTL with good numbers to back it.

Maybe 2 15 Qs???

I'd still place my vote for the RL-p's The BTL isn't going to sound very good daily.

It might make some people happy, but the ones I've installed were lacking in the SQ department.

If you want numbers, I hit a 148.3 with my two 12's Using the Termlab mic. The score was made full legal (mic on the dash, sealed up.)

BTW I hit a 151x mic in the kick, drivers door open!

I made the score using Hifonics Goliath I borrowed. The subs started smelling after about three long burps. But they took the abuse very well!

Also you don't seem to have enough power to really push a BTL.

I ran 2 15" RL-Ps and they hit hard and sounded very good doing it. Mine were in small ported boxes, so bigger would be even better. 32Hz was the tune I liked best after trying several boxes...
