To be honest, i know it takes a LONG time to get a box from mark. But if you could see the time and effort that goes into each box, maybe you would see why it takes so long.
Especially now that he switched over to birch and dato'd joints, it takes even more time. But the extra time spent on the enclosure shows in the end product.
It is not to say that the customer is dissatisified with the enclosure itself, rather with the time it took to get the enclosure. Mark is a one-man-show. When you are getting 3-4 boxes a day to build, on top of trying to keep up with all the forums and emails, things can get very hectic. Have you ever tried to build 3 entire designed, constructed, and carpeted enclosures in one day? And still leave time to ship them out? Its not that easy.
