How much stronger are the 1700s than spv70s?

Either moving the amps to the sides OR putting the side panels back in is not working... so next step is to put my old amp rack back in:

How much stronger are the 1700s than spv70s?

They are rated for around 70% higher 5-second burst.

I hit 155.7 right as one amp went into protect with the panels OUT and the amps still on the sides. Impedance seems to have changed with the amp location... going to try sliding the box around.

Seems I am louder with the panels out after all.

Still like the tests though.. Good job Jacob.. Are you shooting for 160+ with single sub? That would be sweet burp or not.. lol

Oh... and the beer in the last picture is NOT the same beer as the first picture. Beer usage cannot be too low or battery installation will fail.

Different color seats add 10 dB...

By the way... don't mix 155-156 dB setups with TOO MUCH beer... I'll be re-coning some subs on Monday *laughs*

PS: Still at the shop... too many beers + unlimited amps = blown up stuff.
