1500 setup, what do u tihnk?

ok. i origianlly had planned a 2500 dollat system but I'd like to get some rims so I was wondering what would be the best system of both a mixture of sq and spl for 1500? Everything must be included in the 1500..speakers, amps, subs, headunit, wiring...

start with the basics...

What are you looking for, loudness (spl) or clear sound (sq), or a decent mix of both?

Do you have any preference on what size woofers you get, or how many? How much room do you have?

I would suggest :

2 Way Component set in the front

Mid bass drivers in the back

Possibly 2 12" subwoofers (or one 13 inch //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif )

Wiring, I would go with either knuconcepts, or stinger, dosent really matter

For your head unit, do you want dvd capability?

I would suggest eclipse, alpine, pioneer, in no particular order.

remember that with a high powered amp you might need to upgrade your alternator to handle it. just a thought...

never hurts to upgrade your batt to a good deep cycle....a cap is never needed unless your alt is already up to par.....so before u would spend any money on a cap upgrade the alt......
