Dont know which would "hit" harder in ur car. But I would rather have the 15" Type R if I were u.

rms rating of the alpine is 750 and the bhans will go to 2000 rms

Power rating doesn't always mean it will be louder...

the 2 12"s will probably be "louder" due to more surface area and all taht bs...

But I would rather have the type r

The alum12's will sound good in the right enclosure, and hit reasonably hard. Not a whole lot of experience ith the type R's, but if space is an issue, throw the Alum's in 1-1.25 sealed each with 500+ each and let em' rock!
