15" SQL sub, 1100RMS? what to pick

A revision of my other thread.... power is stepped up to 1100@1ohm looking for a 15" SQL sub

box is 2.5cubic@30hz before sub displacement.

budget $250 or so.

Mounting depth can't be too deep. I'll need to measure it. maybe 8.xxx something along those lines i'll check

new or used

thinking maybe

15" Mag D2

15" RLp

15" Ascendant Audio sub (which?) Arsenal Avalanche etc

15" eD A or AE series

any other suggestions?

not really interested in XXX,Brahma,SX,Diamond D6/Type R

i was looking at requirements it looks like all those subs are happier in a larger vented enclosure as far as lower frequencies go. I'll look into it

thats what i was thinking, rlp would probly be a little cheaper

didnt u have a audioque hd? i can finally listen to mine now that i got an amp and the sq is very good to me especially for an spl woofer

yeah i had a HD15 off 1300RMS in a big box, 4.6 or so @38hz

was very nice

15" Matrix Elites they could handle 1100 watts easily. I have mines on a hifonics xx zeus.
