I will be powering it with an atomic 3000.1d (3200 rms, supposedly underrated)
I want the loudest box possible but i still want it to drop bottom and be good for daily use.
Its going into a 2000 Chrysler 300m (Similar to dodge intrepid)
I will be doing sort of a wall behind the rear seats (they fold down and will be folded down most of the time). it will be sealed off entirely from the trunk to gain the most spl.
ok so fi's web page says 3-5 cubes. will 5 cubes be ok with 3200 rms?
How much port area for maximum spl? what tuning?
If you know what a dodge intrepid is then you know that the cabin of my car is VERY large and cabin gain isint much.
I was told that the larger the port and the larger the internal volume the higher the efficiency.
I was thinking of doing 5 cubes with 120 inches of port area. is this a good plan or no?
Is there a way to make curved ports for higher spl while still retaining sq?
should i go band pass possibly?
