15" comparisons, need a lil advice

so im gonna be getting a new sub to put in my avalanche. the 3 main subs i am looking at are the RE SX, SS RL-p, and the ED E12Ae. all of them will be in their recomended vented enclosure. how do these stack up against each other? what are the pros and cons of each? they will be driven with a directed 1500d (1100 watts) I want something loud yet clean. would i be better off going with 2 12" like the CDT CL's? any specific reason as to why the SX over the others?

SX will probably have the most peak output....but I'd take the Rl-p all day long //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Sounds much better, and still has more output than you could need.

The RL-p is pretty surgical; I preferred an RE SE.

thanks for the opinions guys, but is there any reason why one over the other besides personal preference for a certain company?
