Have a mint condition 15" MTX Thunder 9500. This sub is a beast..sub itself weighs a ton..it's bulletproof that's for sure. Sounds good, beats very hard, and is all around my personal favorite of all the subs I've owned. 1000 watts rms rated. Is set in a ported box. Box not perfect but sub is. I'll also throw in a Power Acoustic razor amp to go with it.

You can wire those subs up @8 ohms if they are both SVC4 ohm subs,and that amp will run fine after being tuned properly...

The 240 should be 2x40/ 2ch. rated at 11.9v. Should generate close to 50+ @14v rms. Only Rated @4 ohms bridged Mono.. Should be around 125 rms...
