i had a problem earlier with one of my buddy's amp

i told him to unplug the battery cable so i could unplug all the wires from the amp and move his sub around and wire it back up

as i thought the battery cable was off i plugged in the power wire first and it like sparked and stuff and i just pulled it away real fast

will this be a problem in the future

if you didnt blow the fuse on the wire you should be fine.

i hope your running atleast 4 guage to that alpine, and if you went by the directions i gave you on the12volt.com then you are at 2 ohms.

is the box sealed or vented? and the polyfill(cotton stuff) you dont really need.

measure out the box and see if the cu ft match kickers specs.

its all 10 gauge wires i think already installed in my truck

do i need to rip it all out and put 4 gauge in

you should have atleast 4 guage for it. cause your running around probably 40 amps.
