i got the money back from that one

and ordered one off ebay in the box that the cvrs come in from kicker

its a vented box

is sealed or vented better?

and which type of amp would be ok for this

yes im buyin the sub off ebay

it says brand new for like a hundred bucks

but yes its dual 4 ohm

or should i look for a dual 2 ohm

Look for an amp first then decide....

how is that gonna power?

The alpine will work fine, just wire it in a parellel circuit.

yeah i wired it in parallel and already put it in the box and everything.

so now its in 2 ohms, correct?

is there any thing suppose to be in the box like cloth or anything.

because my old one had like cotton in it or something?

i had a problem earlier with one of my buddy's amp

i told him to unplug the battery cable so i could unplug all the wires from the amp and move his sub around and wire it back up

as i thought the battery cable was off i plugged in the power wire first and it like sparked and stuff and i just pulled it away real fast

will this be a problem in the future

also i bought a 15 inch box today

that i sure hope is big enough

the mounting depth of the kicker 15 inch cvr is 8-1/8 inch

this box's mounting depth is about 9-1/2 to 10 inches

is this enogh room for it
