instead of the 12 in my boat im goin with a 15 becuase i descovered last night that my 2.0 cubic foot box fits under my seat.. so im lookin for a 15 that will be good in about 2 cubes for about 150..

right now my amp is a rockford p3002

i might be getting a rockford 600/2 tho so idk..

probly find a sub between 400 and 600

im assuming the 400 and 600 are RMS watts ur looking for? at first i thought it was price but you have 150 in ur heading. throw some labels on your numbers so we know what ur talking about.

if the 400-600 is watts then you will be hard pressed to find a good 15 thats that low on watts.

not true... comp vr 15" is my first recommendation. I'm very pleased with mine.

Other options:

Ed kv.2 if you can find one

Mach5

Type R if you can find one cheap... doesn't need a ton of power but can handle it

i have a jbl gtx 15 the cone and basket are mint. the spider came unglued so i reglued it! it is 500 rms and ill let it go for 50 shipped since you live in mi and im in idaho. like i said the cone and everything is mint. and works like new i just had to glue the spider and that part doesnt look that pretty lol but everything else is fine

wow, i never looked at those. from the 5 brands of 15 i looked at all were way over 600 watts.

There's plenty of subs that perform well with less than rated power.

I ran 2 sealed for well over 5 months. And I will say they are truely impressive for the amount they cost. I dont think I have heard ANY negative comments about any of Mach 5's drivers.

im running one right now at 3 cubes ported and it sounds great i had a l5 before it and its hitting alot harder and sounds so much better

but the cone isnt good for a boat =|
