For price I would check into those Mach's. If you can find a good price on a type R, then head that route, but they can take some power. Probably be better off with the Machs being you are looking to get 400-600rms subs. Good luck!

i might be able to afford a 15'' type r.. my buddy might sell me his 600 watt rockford amp..

if the sub is not being hit with water then the maw will be fine. the surround is rubber so thats a plus. my maw in 2.45 sealed is great. sounds good. gets pretty loud. cant go wrong. i cant wait to port it. 3cf net tuned to 32hz. building a box this weekend or next.

Use the old adage........."Theres no relpacement for Displacement". All things equal a 15 will have more output.
