14v amp on 12v?

I'm looking into buying a taramp that's rated at 14v if I run it at 12v will it cause any damage to my equipment...

14v is its rated. all amps have whats known as an operating range. generically speaking, 10.5v to 15v on most. your system is referred to as 12v in your car but its actually 12.6-12.9 when car is off, 14.0-14.8 when on (car dependent)
