12s or 15s?

Which option?

I would go with the SA-15's for the same exact price.. the sa subs are great..

Dayton is more geared towards sealed home audio if I recall

plus from all the subs I've owned I most def prefer the foam surround over rubber. Rubber to me just sounds sloppy when its loud. foam sounds alot deeper and cleaner

Either Dayton should do well ported. Rubber surround isn't as loud as foam (by a tenth or two), but foam degrades with time and UV exposure.

Daytons have copper shorting ring which is a nice feature. 4 12's have the benefit of more cone area and likely more thermal power handling. I haven't seen any bad reviews of any of the Dayton subs.
