12" Fi BTL N3 enclosure NEED HELP.

So what we have:

Golf 4

12" Fi BTL N3 dual 1.4 coils (0.7 wired)

MB Quart Discus 2000.1 (true rms, same board as on AQ2200)

65Ah battery (noname, but soon will change for Stinger 1700)

0/1 Ga from (only + connected directly to battery)

Alpine 9886 HU

What we need:

Maximum dB output that we can take from it. Im thinking about 1.7 cuft clean vol. and four 110mm diameter tube ports tuned 50-53 Hz. But they are too long, what do you thing maybe it will be enough to use three tubes? Also what do you thing about clean vol. that i choose for box? And maybe somebody know Golf 4 resonance?

With just 2kw on tap, you can go bigger on the box. I wouldn't do 1.7ft^3 unless you're running a good 5kw to that sub. Do 2.5ft^3 with the same 50hz tuning.

Go with a bigger box, you aren't running that much power to it. Big box and big port. What's the resonance frequency of the vehicle?

Better yet, just grab a 6" or 8" aeroport so you can adjust the length to find the best tuning for tour install.

If you are only doing 2000w or 2500w, you could do a huge box (theoretically) for burps.
