Prime Minister of Funk
To begin with, I'm no professional. But I have heard my share of jl, audiobahn, pyramid, mtx, and most recently Elemental Designs.
Everything that everyone assumes about the O series is all true. Like a K with more kick. The sound quality is tremendous, no overhang at all, sounded amazing on acoustic songs. To test I listened to some rap, lots of BB king, some ol' skool funk, and some sublime. it rattles my trunk way more than the audiobahn 10's i had and I only paid 60 dollars more for these, too. (a piece) For reference i had the aw1005x's
Great thing is that I havent even heard their max output and the hair on my arms gets that funny bass feeling with these.
Basically these subs blow everything out of the water that I've heard before. I havent tuned the system yet but so far they get crazy loud ((which is neat considering they're SQ subwoofers)) while still retaining good sound quality.
I'm sure with the right tuning these will get as loud as my friends 3 jl 12w3's (and after breaking in).
I'm going to add more to this review when I create a crazy bass pedal beat in fruity loops to give it a more intense testing to see how well it keeps up.
