12 inch sub $250 shipped budget

Looking for a 12 inch sub. budget is $250 max. I listen mostly to country and rock but Id like to be able to get loud as well. Prefer a D2 but could make a D1 or D4 work as well. I have up to about 1.75 sealed and 8-900w to work with. Stuff I have found and am considering

1 FI SSD 12

2 IDQ12

3 Sundown SA-12

4 IA lethal injection 12

5 SKAR vvx12

Opinions? Anything else I should be looking at?

Arc Audio "Arc" subwoofers are priced at around $250. They are supposedly improved versions of IDQv3 with a stronger motor. There are a lot people who prefer the sound of v2 over IDQv3.
