My Kinetik is over 3 years old and now it rests at 12.98v and it has not been started since friday

all right well i picked it up and it is in good cosmetic condition except for some scratches where the battery tray held it down. but one question on the front it does not say HC 1800 just HC and on the top it has all the kinetiks listed and than a spot marked to indicated 1800. im guessing they changed the stickers on them? because the newer ones ive seen say on the front HC xxx on the front.

It might be one of the earlier models, before they came out with the current labels.

i want my voltage to rest at 13v. my stock battery rests at like 12.5 and then quickly drops when playing music sitting with the engine off.

If you get a brand new battery and train it right it'll rest at a higher voltage, but if your not doing comps it's really not a big deal.

Yeah, if voltage drops that low it's garbage most of the time. You can try slappin it on a very slow charger though

ya man i picked it up. the guy was happy that i took it off his hands.he needs a 2400 to put in his BMW, he had me meet him at his office. hes a stock broker and he made me meet him in the parking lot at the 7 series BWM. well i got there and there are about 10 7 series in the parking lot. LOL

ya. only think is it did not come with any terminals. so would anyone top post terminal work? because i was looking at something like this but there is no post for this to connect to. anyone have some ides?
