148.3 on a tone, 138 at 31hz, and what looks to be a 146 on music - push that *****, push that ho.
no clue? lakota doesn't as he was in a wreck recently.. ride totaled.where was his mike i couldnt see it. still impressive.
wow
so then the newer models are all that then? from the video's it seems like they are. ( i was talking about the old models btw ) do these guys push that reliably in daily drivers?
I think alot of it is box but it just goes to show how much of a little monster the Type R is.no clue? lakota doesn't as he was in a wreck recently.. ride totaled. He didn't do daily, purely a comp ride.
1000 is safe on the new model R except for the 10".. I wouldn't try it on that..
then that is all that matter, just had to offer my alternative to it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gifwell im glad i got some input on it. and honestly i would go with the type r's if i wanted to spend that much more money. but the idea of this build is to move as much air and kill the lows. therefor tuning the box around 32 hertz. and with the 8 12's i think itll do that better than 2 15" r's or whatever. itll just be cheaper to do the 8 12's and i think itll do what i want.
yea they are kinda pricey for as long as they've been around nowadays. I got out of that soundstream phasehaha thanks bud ! i actually considerd going with the type r's a while back but ended up getting these splx 15's and im not impressed at all.. its a complete downer that i bought them really....
can't say it's proven info.. but from my personal experience of owning 40+ of the 12s.. it's personal experience info lol. Never blew a single one, just had a hella lotta setups with them :/.thanks for the info Low //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
well the ones I sold to my older bro are over 10 yrs old daily driven on 1100 per pair and they rock still lolz. but he is pretty conservative with his stuff and having 8 12's in a minivan helps alot with being easy on the volume lolz.can't say it's proven info.. but from my personal experience of owning 40+ of the 12s.. it's personal experience info lol.
