Would I be able to use soft parts from another brand to recone my 10w6 v2?

you might be able to order a custom recone from a few of the guys over here. team PSI (Fixmyspeaker.com) would probably also be able to build you a custom recone. you are going to need various measurements from the motor and basket so be prepared to cut all of the soft parts out of the woofer and use nice calipers to measure.
