10 years ago i was on ritalin and listened to rap since then, most this 2000 and on rap is shit, makin songs up like they are high and shit, it's stupid, make songs with ****in meaning, least todays rap has better harder beats cuz of the advancement in techonology like the music software most artist use and most of the songs on the cd's only like 3 or 4 are good and end up bein the singles ha.

pac was the best rapper of all time, if it wasnt for pac not too many would even care about biggie, ready to die was a classic, but that second album and the rest after it was pure wackness, besides jay-z and em nothing good has happened in hip hop since that friday the 13th, most cd's now only have 1 decent song on them and thats the one that they play on the radio, i only listen to hip hop now for the beats and back then i used to listen to what they had to say, you can find me bumping pac, nwa, geto boys, scarface, kool g rap, bdp, dead prez, nas, aftermath, some jay-z(not the r. kelly albums) and ready to die

because all you listen to is the radio and hot 97 im sure. theres PLENTY of hip hop out, and id even venture to say its mostly white boys making the real shit.

Anticon, Slug, Murs, Non Phixion, GoodWord, my boy SKIP is dope as well. There is PLENTY OF HIP HOP out there, and most of it comes from your local downtown scenes.

Ive said it before and ill say it again, hip hop is not dead you just gotta dig 6 feet deep to find it.

Ok name someone who is better then? In most cases will just be your opinion, but few have done as much. He was and still is to this day considered one of the best of all time in the hip-hop/rap era.

you said it yourself....."in most cases will just be your opinion". Tupac being the best is YOUR opinion. I know guys personally that if they were to be signed and thrown on tv and kept how they are, would put pac to shame. Being the best isnt "how much youve done" its about what your saying, and the presence you give people and the show you put on. Pac was not the best, and wont ever be.

Why pay tribute to a fuckin thug?? He had all the money a person could want but he decided on his own to live the life of a gangster. And eventually it caught up to him and he got plugged. Personally I was glad when it happened. We don't need assholes like that influencing young kids.
