10" sub suggestion?

What are some options for some good SQ-oriented 10" sub?

The sub would be going into a zenclosures.com sealed box in a 350z. I'll probably feed the sub a minimum of 250 watts and maximum of 500 watts. I listen to 90% rap music. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

image dynamics 10" IDQv3d4...... i have one for sale if you are interested. It is one of the best SQ subs out there...

500rms, but is super efficient and will do well off of 250rms if you go that route.

I will be considering the Image Dynamics IDQ 10". If I had cash I'd buy yours.

How does that sub compare to a the same class JL Audio (10w6v2?), Diamond, and Audiopulse subs?

It does pretty well although I wish I had the space to run it in the recommended large .85 cubic foot sized box. The .7 cubic foot is just the normal recommended box. Also running a few more watts would help it since it is rated at 350 and I am using 300.

I can run it in a box as big as 1.4 cubes...

The "large" recommended enclosure is .85 cubic feet sealed. However if you wanted to go ported the normal recommended ported enclosure is 1.37 cubic feet ported @ 30hz.

I'm thinking of going to with a Sundown 1000d, so I'll have up to 1000 watts to play with.

Can the IDQ10v3 handle 600 watts? Any other options?
